1. Visit any branch of First Bank Nigeria and pay the sum of Eight Thousand Naira only (N8,000.00) for your application form through the PayDirect platform. Use the code CRSH for institution's code.

2. Log on to chtcalabar.edu.ng or click this link to complete the e-Application form. You can login using your receipt number and serial number on the print out issued at the bank where you made the payment.

Application Deadline
You should take note that closing date for sales of form is 1st of June 2018 while entrance examination holds on the 9th of June 2018, so if you are interested, kindly apply before the lapsed Date.
