Notification of minor upgrade



This is to notify you that we carried out a minor upgrade on our server to ensure you continue to enjoy the best of our services, we take your experience as our user very seriously, and it is our responsibility to ensure that you find all what you need at your closest reach.

We made few changes on our application and websites and we think we should let you know, these changes are:

• on the "contact us" space we provided, which is the white message box icon located at the top most layer of the application experienced few changes, the changes we made was that we assigned another specialist from our support team to join the popular Jane that attend to your issues, but we no longer provide live chat through that space anymore at this time, we may change our decision in the future. The improvement we replaced came with disablement of your possibility to chat directly on the application, nevertheless we added a link you can use to chat with one of our specialist live, you'll see the link below the Jane banner space. If you want to chat directly from the application, please leave your feedback in the comment box, saying you want the previous extension or you like the new one, we may reverse our decision immediately.

•We understand that due to load of candidates and aspirants that assemble our support que we are unable to answer you all via live chat support, we have gone extra mile to assign another specialist to attend to you via email, if you click the link to chat with Jane and you found out she's not responding after 5minutes, use the second option to email tosin, he'd get back to you via your email as soon as possible, please note, for quality assurance purposes we ask that you make sure the email you'd be filling on the form is correct, if you don't fill the right email tosin will receive your message but eventually he won't be able to contact you to provide solution as you have entered an invalid email. Please always ensure the email address you'd be supplying along with your form is correct.

.We added live chat to our Edu-blog, this was done to improve your experience and ensure that we provide answers to you all at convenience, however there are now three ways you can contact us,

  1. It is so much good that a new improvement has came to the portal,I so much love it.... I don't think I have a suggestion to amend anything but what I tell u is that continue to motivate candidates and attend to any issues that may arise against them.....
