NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR UPGRADE

As part of our consistent effort to ensure continuation on provision of great user experience while using our mobile application, we are happy to inform you that we have rolled out another great new version of our application on Google play, and we made changes which we think you'd find interesting to our application both [ Jamb Portals & Jamb Novels].

   Our technical team rollout this updated version of our application on PlayStore following the persistent complaints and lamentations from users about some section of the application that are specifically not working to expectations. The upgrade isn't limited to issue fixing alone but some other great features were added as well.

As UTME 2018 exam come to an alt, we have decided to share our support reach between you and the coming candidates, we understand that you'd not be needing likely almost all the section of the application anymore now that you have done your exam, but in order to provide a great experience better than you had during your time,we committed our technician on improvement so as to contribute better.

Furthermore, on our welcome notice, we made sure you're informed on great benefits that comes with being our user, which include but not limited to first hand information on your school of choice and selected courses, field, E-mail notification on updates made on our Edu-blog and so many more.   earlier on, we provided a chat section on the application, but due to the workforce before us, we are terribly hindered in term of swift responses and support information to your individual enquiry, but we later removed this feature because we are unable to meet up with users expectations and specific platform goal, upon this upgrade we added mail support at which you can send us an E-mail which might last 2-3 business day to get a reply from us. However Good news is Livechat support with our specialist is now available on the application, this time on a beautiful design and easy to use interface, all you need to do is click on the message box icon at the top of the application, Grace is waiting for your Enquiry she'll support you to get your issues resolved. Another thing, if you have issue connecting with Grace or there are numerous number candidates on que before you and you don't get a reply from as quick as you wanted after sending a text, chat live with popular Jane. They'll get back to you as soon as possible, on the same application.


2. CUTOFF MARK CHECKER

 We have just added a great too for checking out cutoff marks for various institutions, all credit to axum Technologies for developing this great tools, we have integrate it with the application, the tool is multi functional you can use it to check cutoff mark for all courses, and also to check courses sweetable for your score, all you need to do is open the application, scroll down to the CUTOFF MARK CHECKER tool and supply your score, the tools will bring out institutions that can accept your score whatever it maybe either high, manageable or low, and list of courses you can offer in those institution. As you know, cut off is updated every year and this year cut off mark is yet to be released, nonetheless you can always check cut off mark used in the previous year by your institution of choice.

3. LATEST UPDATES AND INFORMATION
 Information is the way to success, we believe you can answer sincerely that the application have been helping in lieu of information so far, however we are deem to improvement which is why we welcome your feedback in order to produce an application tailored in your best interest an experience, as shown of hardwork and dedication we have updated our searches and customize every news and notification you received, we also established some automation and addition of FAQ in case our support team are not able to attend to your query on time, using FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [FAQ] there's availability of possibility that you might or may find answers to your intending questions. 4. WE RESUME UPLOADING OF PAST QUESTIONS
 Overtime, we stopped adding past questions to the application, but now we have resumed, the reason why we stopped initially was due to maintainance process we have been taking the application to undergo and make it available for you 24/7 at time of preparation for your exam, and yes we achieve that, we have never for once taken the application offline, which in turn must have helped you, however we are back to adding more past questions, this week we are uploading government and if you check government section you'd see newly added examination years.
