Hello, Good evening, How was your day? We had series of reports concerning some results that candidates believed have been tempered with by Jamb, we however want you to share your personal experience publicly. Try as much as possible to follow the instructions listed below
Tell us your name
Tell us the name of your centre
Tell us the nature of your complaints
And explain explicitly , reasons why you believe your result must have been touched
We have come to address this issue publicly because we want a quick resolution, if after reading this post, you refused to comment below, do not email us on any issue similar, we'd not reply you.
We think if your issues are address publicly, it'd certainly reach a bigger audience, and you're likely to get quicker resolution and best result.
As we'd not stop our effort to ensure you re duly guided, we do not guarantee that we'd completely be able to help resolve your issue as we are not jamb, but we'd try as much as possible to ensure your voice is heard, provided the issue you raised is sensible and worth giving attention.
And please do not write epistle, we'd enjoy if you can manage to ensure your message is convey in words that Is not more than a thousand, thank you.

Honestly speaking, my name is lawrenta Esene, I wrote at PTI by 7:00am,I'm a science student, following your syllabus most especially in the areas of physics and chemistry I really think you guys strayed from your supposed syllabus,I swear it was unexpected and so outta line for me.

DeleteGood evening. I am Odega Precious. I wrote my exam on Friday the 9th of March by 3pm at Esther Oshikoya cbt center,Eleyele. I don't have a complaint about the result being fake, just that anytime I check my result, it tells me it hasn't been released yet. Please if anything can be done or said about it.Thank you.

I would like to say that i have tried all my possible best to tell jamb that my result wasn't good enough because of the flaws that came from janb itself my calculator didnt work(while doing maths,physics and chemistry), my computer hanged and it took about 30secs for my questions to switch thereby leading to enormous wastage of my alloted time which prevented my from finishing my exam

I wrote today and it was a bad experience.. From the mouse which wasn't working. I was limited to the keys so I wasn't able to click the calcuator and I had physics, chemistry and mathematics. This would greatly affect me as all my answers where approximations.
Also In use of English 6-15 has no question just option
So ten questions gone. Again 21-25 the option made it look like nearest in meaning yet the heading wasn't changed. I complained but no one attended to me.
I don't want to fail after 3yrs
You could pray about it. That seem to be the only solution right now since you've not seen your result yet

Yeah. I understand your plight. That's where I did my mock examination. Though my system went off twice, it didn't affect my exam but other candidates own was another story. In my center, the person next to me had the same problem of the system hanging and mouse not working.

REVIEW OF THE SCORE
My name is UGO Arinze Emmanuel I sat for the jamb UTME exam on The 10th of March 2018 at massino computers, Limca bus stop badagry Lagos my reason for making this complain Is based on the fact that I consider the mark awarded to me as below my expectations.
First reason: I prepared for this exam as if my life depended on it, I'm not a dull student, when I consider my performance on the subjects in question I saw that I was marked below my expectations. When I compared the result with my performance in my WAEC and NECO, where I Scored Maths=B3, Chemistry=B3, physics=C4, English=B3 respectively I saw dat I was under marked.i can only appeal to the authority to review my result and give me what I deserve to earn. More importantly the result is a far cry to what is expected of a student like me who wants to study elect/elect engineering in the university.
Secondly it will be recalled that ever since I have been writing exams I have never had it so easy like this past exam, I finished 15mins before regulation time which afforded me the opportunity to review my questions
Futher more I compared my result with some other students who depended on me during the preparation for assistance, I consider the result inconsistent and does not reflect my ability
Finally I do insist that the authority review my result once more and award me my rightful mark
My name is Taofeeq. Just like the first guy commented you guys strayed a lot from your Syllabus. Its been 4yrs since grad school and I just got the money to afford certain things. Even last year exam I got 198 but couldn't secure admission which my course cuttoff mark was 180.
ReplyDeleteBeing home for long a person is bound to be rusty. Even if you read which some of us aren't blessed with enough time to do due to trying to survive by working during the times of no admission in order to get by.
We focused on the Syllabus we where advices to focus on but during the exams not even half of what we where able to grasp was present.
And also in English ..big grammers where used in which it was a first timer for us to hear of it, as a professor in Nigeria. He should know the secondary school education wouldn't broad over sorts.
Am not making excuse like as a science student English isn't our strong suit. I love the subject its on of my best. But you guys should look at the secondary school structure of study before fishing our big phonetics.
Not everyone had the benefit to study hatband well endowed school with amazingly good teachers. And not all of us are geniuses. there's a limit to how much some of us can understand in a glance.
This factors where not considered In the setting of this year's jamb exam. You where too focused on Tighter Security during exams to consider the students.
Also with location issues. A person who choosed to take his/her exam in a town they are familiar with shouldn't have to be directed to take exam in a farther location ..

Hello pls this is the sixth time i would be contacting jamb concerning about the problems I ecounterd in my exams, at first the result of my mock exam was not released I sent two mails to jamb email no reply, I called all the provided numbers on jamb website they were all saying not registerd on network, yet jamb said candidates did not contact them I wasted my #700 on mock. Till date nothing was done about it and I didnt see my mock result.
ReplyDeleteThe ultimate punishment jamb gave me when the computer I used for my exam hanged so badly that it took it about 30secs to change a question, my calculator didn't even work at all and I had maths, physics and chemistry to do, I tried my best using hand to solve questions of 10^-8 and so on.A candidate with similar experience to mine just started crying. I managed and strived to complete it but i barely started some of the subjects when our invigilator told us to submit. Immediately i left the hall i contacted jamb on email no reply, it was till Monday evening I was able to speak with the Jane on jamb app and I was told that Jamb would be informed about what happened.
The next day I saw my result it was fairly good, it clearly showed that jamb did nothing about it.
After that, I tried contacting jamb only for me to be told that I should not talk or message jamb again. I was even threatened that i would be bannised from the jamb app, they were saying that I just started commenting after result were released.
Despite all my time,money,hardwork i invested in jamb everything wasted without jamb not even willing to do anything, despite all the flaws coming from their own part. To me i would say i was cheated by jamb, by not seeing my mock result and jamb not ensuring that the computers used in CBT centres were in good conditions.
I have posted this story numerous times but jamb seems not be replying that is why i have posted the story again on this platform

I am Ajibola Favour.I wrote my JAMB examination in OAR ICT SOLUTIONS LTD,IJARE,ONDO STATE on 9th March, 2018.This center has a very poor network signal.Any JAMB Official can be invited to this center to verify this. Some of my answers were not recognised because of the poor network signal. When I finished the examination,I confirmed my answers with JAMB recommended textbooks and I found out that I got about 320. On checking my result,I got 267. It is with a sadden heart that I implore JAMB to please attend to my case.
