JAMB: what you've seen is what you scored

As part of our persistent effort to ensure improvement of our Education & informational ecosystem which is this platform [SWIFTSPEED TECHNOLOGY EDU-BLOG], we made sure that our messages and posts delivery is backed with due diligence, and that our users benefit greatly on every bit of information we post or share daily.

However, to candidates that have seen their results, it is no doubt that our support team have experience consistent mail, live chats, calls and App chat within the last 24hours. It is with a sadden heart that we announce that the first two examination taker who have seen their results obviously didn't do pretty well.

We gathered this knowledge base on three things, the messages exchanged on the chat section of our application, the messages we are being sent and general public opinion on the two recently released results

Several cases of low scores have been reported in the last four hours, most scores from this reports were below 200 which is average UTME SCORE. Series of claims and acquisitions backed the reasons as to why the score were so low, but unfortunately we are sorry to inform you that you've been scored accordingly, there was no manipulation of any sort, jamb are very transparent organization when it comes to scoring students as an examination body, well that could easily be pointed out going by the clean record of Board Registrar of recent.

We received cases where students said the results that was released were fake, we asked that you disregard this as no manner will fall from heaven, instead of lamenting consistently and doing what you should have done weeks ago before the commencement of exam. Seek for possible solutions, and infact some other courses you can study, with your score.

Beforehand We made posts practically everyday to ask how it's been going on with you, and most time even ask you to drop or leave a comment in the box if you have issues, but most of you will just engage, read and ignore, you don't know the power contained on every comment you drop on public sites, this is a popular jamb updates blog, specifically read by thousands of students per day, not only students but as well as officials, public entities, visitors and many others, if you wish to see the statistics of number of visitors per-day just take a little scroll down to the blog and come back to continue reading, we ask that you comment your problem so you can reach out to many audience, to reach those who are constantly monitoring that your exam is free and fair, but out of over 5,000 of you that read the blog post, only two or less will comment, and those assigned for monitoring will assume only those two have encountered problem, since 4898 of you refused to say something.

We'd occasionally infact sometimes ask that you specifically drop a comment of how your centre were, again, just few will reveal their challenges, the rest, after reading the blog post to the last fullstop, buzz off and wait for a new post to read, even when they are equally facing few difficulties.

If we may ask, how do you think we help you since you can't help yourself  by telling us or  the public about the issues or problems your are facing? Do one solve any challenges or problem by keeping mute about it? Well those questions are left for you to answer.

Most of the complaints we received were about persistent switched, unstable computer, bad computer, display interface, unable to finish and so many more, why were you silent with all these problems until now that your result is released?.

Anyways as matter of fact we have done our possible best to convey in this particular blog post that you can not effect any changes to your results Those scores you see or must have seen on your profile or Jamb UTME 2018 results checking portal are your scores and they are final, they cannot be changed altered or manipulated, don't be deluded to avoid get duped because on grounds of ignorance, don't get played or be deceived by people who have been telling you or have told you about score upgrade, such thing does not happen, it doesn't even exist.

We ask that you refrain from sending us messages concerning results upgrades, we do not upgrade or manipulate students results, and it is distasteful to our ecosystem and a big insult to our team, as our policies states we deserve the right to terminate your engagement with any of our platform if you don't desist from asking us something related.


Nonetheless this should serve a great  lesson for others to learn, when we ask that you comment your opinion for public viewers to share your problems , you don't keep mute.
